In most cases I aim to send out an order within 24hrs - excluding Sunday & Bank Holidays.
3D illustrations take a number of hours to assemble and frame. Please consider this before making a last minute purchase.
Orders will protected by bubble-wrap, boxed/bagged, and sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail.

Returns

A refund will be issued or replacement sent out if a product is faulty. Please fill in the Contact form and I will get back to you asap.
